Abstract
This article explores the value of forensic characteristics of crimes committed in the construction techniques for their investigation. The author analyzes the scientific approaches to the definition and content of forensic characteristics. The peculiarities of criminological characteristics of crime in the construction industry and highlighted its importance in the development of methods of investigating crimes of this category. The article highlighted that crime characteristic is revealed through the illumination of the essence of its individual elements, since only knowing all the details of the crime, it can be effectively investigated. Established that a necessary condition for effective activity of law enforcement bodies on detection and investigation of crime in the construction industry – an analysis of the practices of the investigation by examining and summarizing the contents of criminal activity, the behavior of the offender while preparing, committing and concealing a crime patterns of occurrence of trace analysis and generalization of good practices to detect and investigate crime in the construction industry. It is argued that the research and study of crime characteristic has an important role to create methods of crime detection in construction. After forensic techniques, tactics and crime-solving tactics perform investigative (detective) develop action is based forensic characteristics of individual types of crime data using advanced features of criminal activity, changes its ways and means. It is proved that the crime characteristic is important not only for crime investigation techniques in construction, but for forensic investigation techniques and tactics. The study found out that the characteristics of forensic crime investigation techniques in developing an important role because it is close to the criminal and criminal procedural law, which governs all of the investigators (investigative actions) and other measures to ensure the implementation of the criminal proceedings.Downloads
