Abstract
The article deals with the problems of theory and practice of constitutional protection of human rights in Ukraine and the variety of forms of implementation. Classified and systematized the main, by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, the types of advocacy specially authorized agents. Determined mission in this system, human rights examination regulations in the field of human rights. The issue of legal professional and public examination of draft laws and other regulations related to constitutional rights and freedoms, as an important form of constitutional advocacy. Identify the features of a human rights review of draft regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Substantiated proposals for improving the human rights expertise of draft regulations that establish constitutional human rights in Ukraine. In particular, for the active involvement of such expertise of domestic, foreign and international human rights organizations.Downloads
