Територіальна громада в системі публічної влади в Україні: теоретичний аспект
Abstract
Проаналізовано сутність феноменів територіальної громади в системі публічної влади в Україні. Визначено поняття територіальної громади, особливості її формування та функціонування в Україні на сучасному етапі державотворення. З’ясовано, що при цьому важливе місце належить ролі України в європейській системі місцевого самоврядування, особливостям процесу гармонізації її національного законодавства з існуючими європейськими стандартами в цій сфері.Downloads
