Пошук фактичних даних про втягнення особи в зайняття проституцією
Abstract
Висвітлено окремі аспекти проблеми протидії втягненню особи в заняття проституцією та примушуванню її до цього. Розглянуто правове забезпечення роботи правоохоронних органів у зазначеній сфері. На підставі вивчення сучасної практики виявлення органами внутрішніх справ таких злочинів, а також аналізу відповідної статистики, сформульовано рекомендації щодо пошуку фактичних даних про таку протиправну діяльність.Downloads
