State of Scientific Development of the Problems of Prevention of the Fraints Made by Women in Ukraine
Abstract
The article examines the state of scientific development of the problems of preventing female crime in Ukraine. The system analysis of the proposed scientific research creates theoretical foundations for the study of the problems of fraud prevention committed by women in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the scientific works of foreign scientists. Based on the scientific achievements of predecessors, those aspects are highlighted that remain outside the scope of research and require solution. In particular, according to the results of the survey of respondents, it was determined that the state of scientific elaboration of the studied issue requires improvement in the following areas: to formulate a definition and classify fraud committed by women (63 %); justify the use of foreign experience in preventing fraud committed by women (69 %); give a complex criminological characteristics of fraud committed by women (72 %); find out the determinants that influence the nature and dynamics of fraud, is done by women; systematize the criminological characteristics of women who commit fraud (74,2 %); develop special criminological and individual preventive measures aimed at improving the prevention of fraud committed by women (77,1 %). It was concluded that a comprehensive criminological study of the prevention of fraud committed by women in Ukraine was not conducted.
