Abstract

Given the state of the legal system of Ukraine and international experience in the place of the newly established State Bureau of Investigation in the judicial system of the state as a central executive body that carries countering organized crime. It is noted on the site and SBR role in the elimination of economic basis of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations.
