Abstract
This article carries material about concepts and features of application of expertise during the investigation of improper execution of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical employees. At the beginning it deals with the views of different scientists which became the theoretical basis and allowed to form a holistic view of expertise. Also, certain medical specialties, which have specific knowledge, missing investigators in the process of professional activities was determined. Then the author goes on to speak about the main problems of the investigation of improper execution of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical employees especially those who related to the use of expertise. The article provides information about forms of application of expertise during investigation of the crimes which investigators use in their professional activities. It’s mainly conducting of forensic examination, obtaining consultation and attracting specialist to participate in the conduct of investigation (search) operations. To summarize the author gives the example of the practical use of expertise and attracting specialists in fact improper execution of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical employees during the investigation (search) operations.Downloads
