Abstract
Today humanity is witnessing huge technological leap that changes economic relations, in parallel there is serious political crisis, the crisis of values in modern society, the crisis of culture, education, management and so on. All this makes us think about our future, which is undoubtedly related with the development of technology and make appropriate adequate steps in response for survival and self-preservation. Of course, changes in the development of human civilization will touch and impose its imprint on the global trends in development of education, that is why through their analysis we focus on the major challenges which will confront humanity in this area. We make interim conclusions about trends in legal education, including changing not only the standards of legal education but changing perception of the law, changing requirements and challenges faced by applicants of legal education, and not only in Ukraine but also worldwide. We underline that the new system of legal training should be created not by focusing on only one element of selection through unified national examination for access to the legal profession, but by organic combination of legal education, unified national exam and legal training and internships as a «process». Considering the analysis of global trends of human development, systemic problems in education, development perspectives of law, as well as features of development of police education we can distinguish directions of strategy of the sustainable development of Theory of State and Law of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.Downloads
