Psychosocial factors in the determination youth crime in Ukraine

Abstract
The article highlights the role of social and psychological factors in the determination of crime as a criminological category. Considered criminological concepts reasons at different levels of aggregation, individual families and groups of offenses cause separate criminal offenses, causes of crime classification, determinants of subjective and objective. The problem of youth violence at all times and is now a problem for society vysokoaktualnoyu any state. It is not an exception here and modern Ukrainian society, which is in the transitive condition. We are talking about that part of it which it must support and fully ensure their physical, mental and moral health, education and training to fulfill their social role of the natural law of generations. Clearly, the performance of public functions largely depends on the normal social development of society as a whole. Therefore, at the present stage of social development becomes particularly relevant problems identifying the causes of deviant behavior among students and avoid transforming the latter into extreme forms of expression. Doubtless the fact is that long-term strategy of crime prevention among students is a task whose solution requires the active participation of civil society. The author also analyses criminological characteristics of crimes against moral and physical development of the underaged. It is noted that quite often the result of socialization, because of a conflict of interest with the public, in order to assert itself minors exposed to various forms of anti-social behavior, such as: smoking, alcohol and drug abuse. Thus, the latter can act as determinants of crime, as under the influence of psychotropic substances minor becomes disclosed in their behavior, aggressive. During intoxication as a result of psychotropic substances in human vision loss differences between prohibition and permission, appears excessive boldness, reduced controllability of actions, which certainly contributes to the commission of crimes. A person ceases to think critically about the world.Downloads
