European state policy: the experience of the Czech and Slovak Republics

Abstract
Generalized and analyzed an experience of the Czech and Slovak republics on the realization software of European integration state policy. Selected forms and mechanisms of the implementation providing of European integration state policy of the Czech and Slovak republics. The conditions of successful integration of the Czech and Slovak republics with the EU are defined, in particular: the existence of a single national institution that has concentrated in himself the whole range of issues of integration with the EU; implementation of the transformation of the legal basis of state policy towards European integration and to gradually creation a European integration normative base; maximum adaptation of national economy to the norms and standards of EU; continuous monitoring of implementation of the state policy that aimed at integration with the EU; stability of activities of state bodies, guaranteeing democracy, the rule of law, providing human rights; creation of favorable climate for attracting direct investments and the reorientation of exports for high-tech products, etc. It is concluded that to ensure effective implementation of the state policy of European integration of Ukraine, it is advisable to implement measures for: the establishment of a system of targeted state institutions of the state policy of European integration and its implementation mechanisms; providing monitoring of Ukraine’s fulfillment of its obligations under the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, with preparation of appropriate conclusions for adjustments of the planned activities; the establishment of a regular exchange of experience with countries that are EU members; the creation and implementation of comprehensive European integration programs of training of state servants and other.Downloads
