Abstract
Using analysis of the current Ukrainian legislation, the author discloses the problem of administrative and legal maintenance of public order by law enforcement bodies of the state. Furthermore, the study of the Law of Ukraine «On National Police» has determined the necessity to justify the definition of «public order».Downloads
