Forensic Characteristic of Crimes in the Sphere of Violation of Established Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors Turnover Rules
Abstract
The elements of forensic characteristic of crimes in the sphere of
violation of established drugs, psychotropic substances and
precursors turnover rules are disclosed in the article. It is indicated
that drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors of legal turnover
are the subject of criminal encroachment in mentioned crimes. The
ways of crime committing are violation of established rules of
manufacturing, production, purchase, storage, release, sale,
destruction, transportation, resending of drugs, psychotropic
substances and precursors.
