The Prevention of Sexual Exploitation on the General Social Level
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the features of the work of law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders in the field of prevention of sexual exploitation at the social level, followed by the development and publication for professional discussion of their own vision of the prospects of solving the problem.
Methodology. Taking into account the goal, the specificity of the object and subject of the study, the methodological tools were chosen. The methodological basis of the article is a dialectical approach to the analysis of the situation in Ukraine and beyond. During the research, a system of methods of scientific knowledge was used: formal logic (abstraction, analogy, deduction, induction, synthesis) for a detailed examination of the issues; the empirical – during experimental research and expert interviewing; system analysis method – to determine the direction of implementation of innovative approaches to solving the problem; theoretical – in the study of scientific and educational literature; modeling – in the study of certain objects by modeling their individual characteristics. Scientific novelty is caused by the need to improve the existing forms and methods of law enforcement. The necessity of introduction of new tools in combating crime, as well as the use of qualitatively new and innovative approaches to the proper implementation of the tasks. Conclusions. Prevention of sexual exploitation at the General social level is aimed at reducing the number of illegal acts committed in this area by improving the socio-economic situation in the country, improving the moral, psychological and spiritual component of the life of citizens. The state policy of prevention of sexual exploitation at the General social level assumes overcoming of objective and subjective preconditions for sexual exploitation and is realized by purposeful activity of all institutions of society on elimination, reduction and neutralization of the factors determining existence of such phenomena.
