State Research Problems of Proof in Criminal Proceedings on Crimes Related to Terrorist Activity

Abstract
Despite the interest of scientists to the problems of combat and combat crimes related to terrorist activity are scarcely explored problems of criminal procedural proving the relevant criminal proceedings. Study and collating criminal proceedings on crimes related to terrorist activities, litigation, opinion polls, led to the conclusion of the typical problems of criminal procedural proof. The results allowed to determine the main directions of scientific research to solve these problems, namely: 1) define the features of proof in criminal proceedings on crimes related to terrorist activities; 2) comparative analysis of the legal regulation of proof in criminal proceedings on crimes related to terrorist activity in Ukraine and other countries; 3) describe the subject of proving in relevant criminal proceedings; 4) reveal features documenting crimes related to terrorist activities; 5) сheck the features of the collection of evidence and its use in the relevant criminal proceedings; 6) define the features of proof for certain categories of criminal proceedings on crimes related to terrorist activities.Downloads
