Service Accomodation Issues in the Context of its Legislative Regulation

Abstract
Analysis of the current legislation on the service accomodation is necessary and sufficient for this institution definitions to be distinguished in the article. The author focuses on the legal regulation of the relations arising during the residential service personnel and their families’ provision. The survey results made it possible to distinguish the following types of accomodation: 1) a separate room or a shared apartment room as a housing form that can be provided as a service apartment; 2) the suitability of such premise for accommodation; 3) belonging to the state or public housing or fund housing cooperatives; 4) registration in the register of the region, city, district council (executive body), responsible for inclusion of housing in the service list; 5) legal relationship between the person provided with housing and enterprise (organization) that identifies it as the material grant basis; 6) the need for accommodation of a person provided with service housing, the workplace or the Service or near it, as the purpose of discharge; 7) special mode of settlement, use and service housing evictions from employer and his family According to the abovementionec. the service apartments concept can be defined as a separate living room or a room in a shared apartment that meets all sanitary and technical requirements, belongs to the state or public housing stock or housing cooperatives included in the list of service property of the district, city, regional councils (executive body), designed for the settlement of persons who due to the nature of their employment or service relationship must reside at the place of work or service, or near it, and so that has a special regime of use of an eviction from his employer and his family.Downloads
