Abstract

Розкрито поняття механізму вчинення злочину. З’ясовано, що, на відміну від мотиву, поняття «мотивація» за змістом має ширше значення, становлячи складний механізм відображення особою зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників поведінки. Доведено, що мотивація злочину не є єдиним процесом, який рівномірно пронизує поведінковий акт від початку до кінця діяння. Зазначено, що головний поведінковий фонд людини стереотипізований і закріплений у структурі особистості як властивості її характеру. Запропоновано характеристику ієрархічної моделі мотивів, зокрема корисливих мотивів під час учинення розбою.
