Abstract
In the article, the author considers the concept of investigative inspection and its types, among which the importance of inspection of the scene for the investigation of thefts from motor vehicles is highlighted. The essence, tasks of inspection of the scene of such crimes are resulted. Tactical techniques,which provide the purpose of inspection, are characterized. The features of the initial and working phases of its conduct are considered.Downloads
