Prevention of Illegal Actions by Using Technical Means

Abstract

In the presented scientific article based on analysis of the literature reviewed aspects of the use of scientific-technological progress to solve the social-economic problems, which is a strategic line of our time, to open space for mechanization and computerization of all human activities, including the activities of law enforcement. An important and responsible role played by the prevention of offense that involves the use of a wide range of events, different in nature, objectives, level, scope of application and subjects of warning, one of the components of which are technical measure stop event offenses. The appearance of new type sand means of implementation of offense including using the most advanced technologies, is a precondition for corrections in maintaining conducted by police preventive activities of that designed to find new and more modern ways of countering offenses widely implemented technical means, systems and technologies provide security and intensifying the fight against crimes, relying on scientific and technological progress, positive national and foreign experience. There possibilities of the police is not only fighting crime, but also the implementation of other measures in the field of social services. The latter are essentially preventive in nature, as their main direction – prevention of possible violation of law. The emergence of new types of offenses and ways to implementation of illegal actions should be modernized are known and appear new technical means that provide preventive effect on the causes and conditions conducive him and help prevent, detect, apprehend and convict offenders. Proper and efficient use of police possibilities promotes administrative jurisdiction tangible impaction the rule of law and as a whole at law full functioning of other or gans of administrative jurisdiction. Technical means of preventing certain offenses must becon side red depending on the nature of the offenses and most areas of social life where they occur.
