Abstract
The article formulated the definition of the system of procedural legal facts as one of the least studied phenomenon of civil procedural legal relations. The list of grounds for creation of legal relations is also defined. Special attention is paid to analysis of features of the system of procedural legal facts and the necessity for further theoretical and practical research in this field.Downloads
