State Solidarity in the Political and Legal Building of the Unified Ukraine

Abstract

The article analyzes the main stages of the modern state which is united. The main attention is paid to implementing the concept of solidarity in today’s conditions, under which solidarity is built in the country. The author focuses on the functions of the Ukraine for the establishment a unified and undivided Ukraine. The essence of Ukrainian national idea is viewed in the article. It is noted that it has always played a role as a unifying principle that has always been associated with the Ukrainian desire to have strong, authoritative and European country. The author has researched that one of the main tasks of the modern state building in Ukraine is to consolidate the Ukrainian nation, all citizens, to preserve the territorial integrity, to strengthen the unity of all its regions, where differences and diversity are developed as a result of unfavorable historical circumstances. The rich experience of the struggle of our people for unity which are studied and took into account has great importance for the solution of mentioned above problems. Attention is paid to the phenomenon of state solidarism, in particular in the politico-legal construction of the Cathedral of Ukraine, and referring to the present, with an indication of normative-legal acts in this sphere. The author focuses on the fact that the idea of the unity of Ukrainian lands – reunion Ukraine – reaches in ancient times and originates from the union of ancient lands around the princely throne in Kiev. Dissociation of land, foreign domination in Galicia and Transcarpathia, on the Right Bank and Left Bank, the loss of religious unity of the people, social and national oppression gave rise a wide variety of ideas that had called for a struggle against the oppressors, for the unity of Ukrainian lands, the unity of the people, their religion and culture. It is proved that the concept of solidarity and unity is similarly in the meanings. Justice is not realized in a society whose members do not recognize themselves as debtor of society. The idea of social justice contributes to the construction of country which is united. To sum up, after the revival of the early 90s sovereign Ukraine statecreative idea of catholicity role is not only reduced, but rather, is enhanced according to the current experience. The relevant and urgent task is to preserve the territorial integrity of our country, the unity strengthen of regions, where diversity and difference are formed as a result of objective historic circumstances. In this context, the importance of consolidating unification is invaluable.
