Abstract
In many European countries, including Ukraine, the human-being, its life and health, honor and dignity, immunity and safety are the highest social values. Unfortunately, at present day, their provisions are only declarative. In reality the rate of cruelty, violence, aggression, terror, aggravated crimes, including murders, trafficking in human-beings, trafficking in human organs and tissues is continuing to grow.Downloads
