Abstract
At the present stage of Ukraine’s integration into the European Union we recognize the indispensable further democratization of our country and civil society. Therefore, radical social and economic changes that have occurred over the past decade, caused both positive and negative changes in the Ukrainian society. This primarily concerns the relationship ensuring personal security, the protection of life, health and property. Corruption combating requires a comprehensive study of organizational and legal problems of international cooperation in this area and development based on specific recommendations and suggestions for improving national and international anti-corruption laws and practices of the relevant law enforcement authorities. Improving international cooperation in combating corruption requires such cooperation to be recognized as one of the priorities of the foreign policy of our country and regularly inform the international community about Ukraine’s desire to be a partner of this interaction and active direct participation in the events specified by the relevant agreements.Downloads
