Analysis of units of public service to combat economic crime MIA of Ukraine in a new criminal procedure codex

Abstract
In this article authors carried out an analysis of units of The public service for Fighting Economic Crime of MIA of Ukraine about combating against criminal corruption, defense of budget, countering crimes in financial sphere, land relations, natural resources and the environment, housing and communal services, intellectual property, counteraction to legalization of proceeds from crime, gambling; countering crime in agriculture, the energy sector; countering organized criminal groups; searching for people who have committed criminal offenses in economic activity and evade investigation and trial, and detect and prevent violations during the partial mobilization. Search ways for improving the operational units of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine on combating economic crimes, in particular, always carry out operational and economic analysis of state budget; monitor compliance with the law its purpose subsidies from the state budget to local budgets; detection and destruction of corruption schemes theft and misuse of budget funds; prevent crime enterprises fuel industry, power industry and the coal industry in the budget funds; detection, elimination and conversion centers fictitious entities; avoid hitting the market of counterfeit medicines; counter of criminal corruption among officials of the executive; provide operational support and distribution of building affordable housing for the poor; exposing clandestine alcohol and beverage plants (plants); detect and deter fraud cases in the banking sector; detect criminal offenses in the area of performance and facts get undue advantage.Downloads
