Abstract
The purpose of the document review are signs that let you use paper as the physical evidence and access to documents (content, form) in terms of its association with a criminal offense circumstances. In the investigation of crimes against the security of production compulsory participation of specialists to: the application of technical and forensic tools; consultations, explanations about the system documentation for safety, specificity of its content, the requirements for its design and others. The main task of the expert: clarification of general provisions on system documentation on health; clarify specific requirements for listing and documentation depending on the type of work, organizational form enterprises and other specific circumstances of the incident; Consultation on the procedures and processes of health and safety to be documented; determining the appropriateness and consistency of document review; justification of assumptions about certain documents related to the circumstances of the criminal offense; direct examination of documents; fixing the results of the review.Downloads
