The Concept, Types and Uses of Expertise in the Investigation of Crimes Against the Security of Production

Abstract
Common forms of use of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes against the security of production are: 1) examination (Safety (study of the causes and consequences of violations of safety of life and health), forensic, building-engineering (the study of real estate, building materials, construction and related documents) fire-technical (research circumstances of and the spread of fires and fire safety compliance), computer-engineering (the study of computer hardware and software), electrical engineering (the study of technical operation of electrical equipment) explosive college (study of explosives, explosion products and the shot blast investigation of the circumstances); technical examination of documents (study details of documents), mining (study of the causes and consequences of extreme events in the mining industry and in underground conditions), handwriting (study of handwriting and signatures) trasological (research tools, machinery, tools and left their traces, identification of a in parts, etc.); 2) consulting and expert technical assistance that includes advice, clarification of concepts and content specific technical terminology, documents, designs features, order of production equipment, production environment specific objects, communication facilities and working environment their place in production processes; technical assistance in understanding; participate in the preparation and conduct of investigation (search) operations; preparing questions: expert for examination of different categories of people; advice on search, extraction, fixation, storage, evidence, documents and other objects for examination; participate in the preparation and conduct of covert investigative (detective) action. Problems of specialized knowledge in the investigation of crimes against the security of production should be considered in the light of the general issues regarding the definition of expertise, differentiating forms of use of special knowledge of the content of the specific binding definition of such activities and the basis of modern science and technology capabilities to meet the challenges of investigating crimes to safety.Downloads
