Abstract
The article explores the main causes and conditions for the creation of paranoid or armed formations not provided by law. The consequences of the activities of paramilitary or armed formations not provided by the law on the territory of the state are analyzed. The ways of limiting the possibilities for the creation and operation of non-statutory paramilitary or armed formations are considered.Downloads
