Information Support in Conducting Criminalistic Research of Throwing Cold Steel
Abstract
In the articles considered methodical and organizational aspects constrained with the use of modern information technologies for the increase of effectiveness of realizations criminalistics researches and efficiency of drawing on the got results in the process of opening and investigation of crimes. Worked out practical recommendations and suggestions which assist the effective use the criminal specialist-lawyer of informative CASS for the informative providing forensic examination researches. The article expresses the basic development tendencies of the inquiry and communication support of judicial examinations. The purpose of this publication is the analysis of methodological and methodical issues of the system’s formation and creation of the inquiry and communication support of judicial examinations. It is shown, that, in recent years the informational support of all spheres of human activity has passed to a new qualitative level, information technologies and systems have received a wide expansion, the information networks, therefore the judicialexpert activity has not been aside of these processes as well. Advanced achievements of science and techniques, new fields of knowledge, new technologies are also integrated into the sphere of judicial expert activity. This process involves organizational, methodical, legal and informational supply of judicial examination and it is directed to optimize the accumulation, preservation, ordering, analysis and use of the information which is necessary for its carrying out. However, today there are no comprehensive researches of scientific and organizational, theoretical problems of search, collecting and processing of the expert information, creation of the system of the information supply of the judicial examinations.
Proposed to consider the information support of judicial expert activity as a complex of organizational, administrative, legal actions for collecting, concentration and ordering of necessary data from different fields of knowledge and sources of expert practice, and formation on this basis of information resources which are the content of the information systems and the result of functioning of which is the delivery by the subject of judicial expert activity of expert problems’ data necessary to be performed for the expert issues.Downloads
