Tactical Peculiarities Usage during Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offences of the Method Matrix Diagram

Abstract
Author described in this article the «Matrix diagram» modification method applicable to pre-trial investigation, in details and consistently posed it’s content, chief goal, rules and conditions of it’s usage, advantages and disadvantages, expected results from this process, necessary materials for it’s usage, term of it’s active usage. It was also described the tactic of this method usage on the stages of it’s realization - preparatory, main and final ones. There was emphasized, that thanks’ to the «Matrix diagram» method introduction in pre-trial investigation process it’s possible to: а) provide the obviousness and density of perception; b) learn consistent patterns of criminal phenomenon development; c) understand better the essence of problem; d) make sure the interrelations between different phenomena, objects, subjects, events etc; e) disclose inner relations between the elements; f) rationally organize analytical process and determine the centers of formation intermediate and final analytical results; j) detect the consistent patterns, that are difficulty lend themselves to quantitative description and which are difficulty detected by means of the analytical procedures.Downloads
