Abstract

The twentieth century was not only a breakthrough in industry and technology, but also in creating the legal principles, a catalyst of which acts as a protection of human rights and freedoms. Namely «human». Not employee or official, not Christian or Muslim, teenager or pensioner, man or woman, citizen or refugee. These are categories, which are derived from the concept of «personality» and separately are considered in legal, social or moral contexts. After the birth we get a number of rights that are natural, that are not assigned by someone and no one can detach them. Of course, it is impossible to overcome an inequality in society fundamentally. And in our progressive XXI century the racial and gender discrimination, the importance of social status and its financial position, prejudice against other religions is rises. And there is perfectly logical explanation for this. Because after the disintegration of the colonial structure is a long and hard process. Until now, there are the world dozens of disputed territories, struggling for independence and dozens of nations who are fighting for the right to self-determination. Leading jurists of the second half of the twentieth century carefully studied this issue, treating it as the cornerstone of the entire legal system. And one of these artists was right Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Volodymyr Kopyeychykov. Speaking the language of the current human rights lawyers, politicians, scientists will talk about conditional pyramid of priorities which will be at the peak of the person, his rights, honor and dignity is the foundation of society, and then the state of its interests. Oddly enough, but some 40–30 years ago the construction of such pyramid would be in reverse order. The views of Professor V. Kopyeychykova consistent with the spirit of his era. The depth of his works is impressive and progressive exigencies of the time in which they were published. From flexible ideas, views, offers leading scientists fate of the country. The article secured convictions of Professor V. Kopyeychykova the need to bring national law in line with international law. According to V. Kopyeychykova, the country can not be isolated from the world. Progress requires change. World Dynamics extremely fleeting. The ideals of socialist doctrines themselves exhausted.
