Legal principles protecting the rights of refugees: current state and perspective development

Abstract
The article reveals the important issues of protecting refugees both theoretical and practical, the necessity of legal support the refugees, analyzes the current state legislation of protection refugees. The most acute problems of protection refugees in Ukraine were singled out and suggested the specific measures to overcome them.Downloads
