PARTICULARITIES OF ENSURING THE RIGHT TO PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY IN UKRAINE
Abstract
У межах статті досліджені особливості адміністративно-правового механізму
забезпечення права на мирні зібрання в Україні, зокрема завдяки визначенню механізму
адміністративно-правового забезпечення прав і свобод людини як самостійної науко-
вої категорії. Проаналізована діяльність органів публічного адміністрування з прова-
дження прав і свобод людини, окреслені нагальні проблеми такої діяльності та сфор-
мовані рекомендації щодо її покращання.

безпечення прав і свобод людини, механізм забезпечення права на мирні зібрання, орга-
ни публічного адміністрування.
