HISTORICAL PREREQUISITES FOR THE EMERGENCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW IN THE BOURGEOIS COUNTRIES OF EUROPE
Abstract
У статті проаналізовано історичні передумови виникнення адміністративного
права в буржуазних країнах Європи. Акцентовано, що характерною рисою буржуаз-
ного права стало утвердження принципу формальної рівності, який прийшов на зміну
феодальним привілеям.
Доведено, що у процесі свого розвитку адміністративне право буржуазних країн
Європи зазнавало впливу різних правових шкіл та доктрин – камералістики, юридично-
го позитивізму, концепції правової держави тощо.
