PECULIARITIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE FIELD OF TECHNICAL REGULATION
Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання особливостей адміністративно-правових відносин
у сфері технічного регулювання. Зазначено, що технічне регулювання це – правове регу-
лювання відносин у сфері визначення та виконання обов’язкових вимог до характерис-
тик продукції або пов’язаних із ними процесів і методів виробництва, а також пере-
вірки їх додержання. Сформовано основні групи адміністративно-правових норм, що
регламентують сферу технічного регулювання. Визначено, що адміністративно-пра-
вові відносини у сфері технічного регулювання це – система відносин, які регламен-
туються адміністративно-правовими нормами, що виникають у процесі державного
управління між органами державної влади і управління та суб’єктами, що здійсню-
ють технічне регулювання.
