PUBLIC SECURITY ACTIVITY OF STATE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN UKRAINE: NORMATIVE-LEGAL ASPECT
Abstract
гулюють діяльність державних органів та органів місцевого самоврядування,
спрямовану на забезпечення громадської безпеки в Україні. Зокрема, наводяться
функціональні обов՚язки та завдання місцевих державних адміністрацій, органів
місцевого самоврядування та ЦОВВ, діяльність яких спрямовується і координується
Міністерством внутрішніх справ України. Здійснюється аналіз повноважень, функцій
і завдань зазначених вище суб՚єктів щодо забезпечення громадської безпеки за різними
напрямами та сферами, їх взаємодії, керування та координації.
Ключові слова: громадська безпека, нормативно-правові акти, діяльність,
забезпечення, місцеві державні адміністрації, органи місцевого самоврядування,
органи системи МВС, НПУ, НГУ, ДСНС, ДПСУ.
