LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE ACCESSIBILITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS AND ITS AGENCIES FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Abstract
У статті досліджено правове забезпечення доступності для маломобільних груп
населення публічних послуг. Проаналізовано міжнародні стандарти та вітчизняне за-
конодавство у цій сфері. Виокремлено проблеми, які перешкоджають ефективній реа-
лізацій деяких положень законодавства щодо забезпечення безбар’єрного середовища
для маломобільних груп населення. Зосереджено увагу на відсутності в законодавстві
України чітко визначених критеріїв оцінювання доступності для маломобільних груп
населення публічних послуг, інформації про їх надання, а також методики оцінювання
доступності таких послуг. Сформовано орієнтовні складові елементи Методики оці-
нювання доступності для маломобільних груп населення публічних послуг МВС України
та органів його системи, а також інформації про такі послуги.
