LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPLEMENTING THE NATIONAL RESILIENCE SYSTEM
Abstract
Статтю присвячено формуванню вимог до професійних компетентностей дер-
жавних службовців, посадові обов’язки яких стосуються питань кризового управлін-
ня. Наголошено, що Стратегією національної безпеки України до основних напрямів
зовнішньо- та внутрішньополітичної діяльності держави для забезпечення її націо-
нальних інтересів і безпеки віднесено запровадження національної системи стійкості
з метою забезпечення високого рівня готовності суспільства і держави до реагування
на широкий спектр загроз. Зазначений процес має спиратися, зокрема, на ефективне
стратегічне планування і кризовий менеджмент.
Виокремлено критерії професійної компетентності державного службовця для
уможливлення діяльності висококваліфікованого фахівця, здатного ефективно вико-
ристовувати особистісні якості й професійні компетенції для виконання посадових
обов’язків.
