ENSURING THE REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS
Abstract
У статті досліджено механізми забезпечення права внутрішньо переміщених осіб
на освіту. Перед державою постали складні завдання забезпечити конституційні права
осіб, які змушені залишати постійне місце проживання через проведення бойових дій.
Одним із таких прав є право на освіту. Проаналізовано особливості надання доступу
внутрішньо переміщеним особам до різних освітніх рівнів та їх вступу до навчальних
закладів.
