THE ROLE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IN ENSURING STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RIGHTS WITHIN UKRAINE
Abstract
Дослідження функцій правоохоронних органів у контексті забезпечення прав і сво-
бод громадян є надзвичайно актуальним у сучасних умовах, коли правова держава сти-
кається з численними викликами, включаючи збройні конфлікти, соціально-політичні
кризисні ситуації та внутрішні правові реформи. Важливість цієї теми визначається
необхідністю ефективного функціонування правоохоронних органів для забезпечення
правопорядку та підтримання довіри суспільства до правової системи.
У статті аналізується, як правоохоронні органи реалізують завдання, покладені
на них державою, та як вони сприяють утвердженню правової системи. Підкреслю-
ється значення правоохоронних органів як гарантів державної політики у сфері прав
людини, їх роль у зміцненні правопорядку та безпеки, а також у підвищенні правової
обізнаності суспільства.
