LEGAL BASIS OF INFORMATION SECURITY AREAS OF STATE MARKET SUPERVISION AS A COMPONENT OF TECHNICAL REGULATION
Abstract
У статті досліджено питання правових основ інформаційного забезпечення
сфери державного ринкового нагляду як складової технічного регулювання. Зроблено
висновок, що до інформації в сфері ринкового нагляду слід віднести інформацію про:
суб’єктів ринкового нагляду; митні органи; нехарчову продукцію; суб’єкта господарю-
вання; про функціонування національної інформаційної системи державного ринкового
нагляду; функціонування системи оперативного взаємного сповіщення про продукцію,
що становить серйозний ризик; порядок ведення обліку звернень споживачів (корис-
тувачів) та здійснення моніторингу нещасних випадків та випадків заподіяння шкоди
здоров’ю людей внаслідок споживання (користування) нехарчової продукції; порядок
подання повідомлення про продукцію, яка не відповідає загальній вимозі щодо безпечно-
сті продукції, органам державного ринкового нагляду; порядок здійснення державного
контролю нехарчової продукції.
