CONCEPTS AND TYPES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE BODIES OF THE MIA SYSTEM IN THE SPHERE OF COMBATING ILLEGAL (UNLAWFULL) MIGRATION IN UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сутність та зміст взаємодії органів системи МВС,
висвітлено особливості видів взаємодії цих органів у сфері протидії нелегальній (не-
законній) міграції в Україні. Узагальнено ознаки, включені науковцями до поняття
«взаємодія», і встановлено його співвідношення з поняттям «координація». Наведено
авторську дефініцію поняття «взаємодія органів системи МВС у сфері протидії неле-
гальній (незаконній) міграції в Україні».
Розглянуто питання про класифікацію цієї взаємодії у сфері протидії нелегальній
(незаконній) міграції.
