TENDENCIES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ONLINE FRAUD IN UKRAINE
Abstract
Онлайн-шахрайство є одним із найбільш поширених кіберзлочинів сучасності, що
включає фішинг, вішинг, смішинг та криптовалютні шахрайства. У статті розглянуто
ключові тенденції розвитку цього явища, зокрема використання штучного інтелекту
для створення deepfake-злочинів та автоматизацію шахрайських схем. Особливу
увагу приділено проблематиці онлайн-шахрайства в Україні, де основними формами
є фальшиві сайти, псевдопродажі та соціальна інженерія. Також аналізуються
вплив війни на зростання кіберзлочинів та ризики в післявоєнний період. Рекомендації
зосереджені на використанні багатошарових технологій захисту, штучного інтелекту
для моніторингу транзакцій та глобальній координації для протидії загрозам.
