WAYS OF IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE USE OF SPECIAL MEANS IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті проаналізовано організаційно-правове забезпечення застосування спеці- альних засобів у діяльності Національної поліції України. Наведено перелік спеціальних засобів, які поліцейські на практиці застосовують найчастіше, та охарактеризовано порядок їх застосування. Висвітлено проблемні питання правового регулювання засто- сування спеціальних засобів. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення організаційно-право- вого забезпечення застосування спеціальних засобів у діяльності Національної поліції України.
