IMPROVING THE ACTIVITIES OF JUVENILE PREVENTION UNITS IN PREVENTING AND COUNTERACTING CHILD DELINQUENCY
Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню окремих аспектів діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції у сфері запобігання та протидії правопорушенням дітей. Здійснено огляд актуальних чинних та проєктних національних нормативно-правових актів, якими керуються ці підрозділи у зазначеній сфері діяльності. Приділено увагу питанням забезпечення безпеки в умовах воєнного стану. Запропоновано окремі шляхи покращення діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції у вказаних вище сферах.
