CERTAIN ASPECTS OF IMPROVING THE LEGAL REGULATION OF POLICE DOG TRAINING AS A COMPONENT OF THE MECHANISM FOR COUNTERING DRUG-RELATED CRIME
Abstract
Устаттійдетьсяпрозначеннядіяльностіпідрозділівборотьбизнаркозлочинністю, а також кінологічних підрозділів Національної поліції України у функціонуванні механізму протидії наркозлочинності. Наголошується, що важливою передумовою результативної роботи службових собак поліції з виявлення підконтрольних речовин, є їх ефективна підготовка. На основі проведеного аналізу нормативно-правової бази, яка регламентує здійснення підготовки службових собак поліції, виокремлено основні недоліки, які стоять на заваді якісній реалізації навчально-тренувального процесу. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення правового регулювання підготовки службових собак поліції, яке б забезпечувало можливість законного використання у процесі навчально-тренувальної діяльності оригінальних підконтрольних речовин.
