FEATURES OF COMMITTING CRIMINAL OFFENSES RELATED TO THE ILLEGAL USE OF THE “SHLIAH” SYSTEM BY CONSCRIPTS CROSSING THE BORDER DURING MARTIAL LAW
Abstract
У статті розкриваються особливості вчинення кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних із протиправним використанням можливостей системи «Шлях» при перетині військовозобов’язаними особами кордону в умовах воєнного стану. При цьому основний акцент у статті зроблено на розкритті способів учинення найбільш розповсюджених кримінальних правопорушень у цій системі з метою незаконного перетину військовозобов’язаними особами кордону, а також на ознаках, які можуть вказувати на таке незаконне перетинання кордону.
