PECULIARITIES OF INTERROGATION OF A CHILD VICTIM OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE (CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL ASPECT)
Abstract
Стаття присвячена окремим аспектам проведення допиту дитини, яка постраждала від сексуального насильства. Особлива увага приділяється проблемним питанням, з якими стикаються практичні працівники під час проведення допиту (опитування) дитини. Установлена недосконалість чинного кримінально- процесуального законодавства з питань: залучення психолога та педагога до проведення допиту дитини; обов’язкової відеофіксації допиту (опитування) дитини, використання методики «зелена кімната». Акцентується увага на необхідності закріплення в КПК України особливих вимог щодо місця проведення допиту дитини.
