POSSIBILITIES OF THE ADAPTED UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE QUESTIONNAIRE «MINI-MULT» FOR USE IN POLICE
Abstract
Стаття присвячена проблематиці українськомовної адаптації психодіагностичної методики «Міні-Мульт» з метою вдосконалення системи психологічного забезпечення Національної поліції України. Розкрито теоретичні основи і структуру експериментального дослідження, в якому взяли участь близько трьохсот працівників поліції, а також курсантів закладів вищої освіти МВС. Показано, що за результатами виконання опитувальника психолог може побудувати психологічний профіль працівника поліції, визначити його особистісну типологію. Результати дослідження довели значний діагностичний потенціал опитувальника «Міні-Мульт» і доцільність його використання у процесі психологічного забезпечення діяльності Національної поліції.
