REGULATORY AND LEGAL COMPONENT OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE
Abstract
У статті висвітлено стан нормативно-правової розробленості психологічного забезпечення в органах системи МВС України. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-правової бази, що врегульовує питання психологічного забезпечення у центральних органах виконавчої влади, діяльність яких спрямовується і координується Кабінетом Мініс- трів України через Міністра внутрішніх справ України. За результатами проведеного аналізу визначено проблемні питання, які потребують нагального вирішення, зокрема щодо єдиного розуміння та формулювання базових понять у нормативно-правових документах та нормативного урегулювання кваліфікаційних вимог до професії психолога в системі МВС України. Окреслено шляхи можливого вирішення зазначених питань.
