INTELLIGENCE-LED POLICING TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
У статті акцентовано увагу на сучасних питаннях реформування правоохоронної
діяльності на основі упровадження нової моделі Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP) – полі-
цейська діяльність, керована аналітичною розвідкою. Подано коротке визначення цієї
моделі та зроблено важливі акценти щодо успішної імплементації. Описано процеси
становлення ILP у Великій Британії та США. Розкрито зміст основних заходів та
ключових елементів ILP, що потребують виконання та дотримання певних вимог.
Акцентовано увагу на визначенні місії аналітичної розвідувальної функції у діяльності
правоохоронних органів, стандартах аналітичної розвідки та вимогах щодо фаховості
аналітиків.
