VIOLATION OF CHILDREN’S RIGHTS TO SEXUAL FREEDOM AND INVINCIBILITY IN UKRAINE UNDER MARTIAL
Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання порушення прав дітей на статеву
свободу та статеву недоторканість в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. Здійснено
фрагментарний аналіз стану правопорушень у зазначеній сфері. Проведено огляд чинних
та проєктних національних нормативно-правових актів щодо захисту прав дітей
на статеву свободу та статеву недоторканість. Приділено увагу кримінологічній
характеристиці злочину з указаної сфери. Виокремлено поточні проблеми, що
перешкоджають ефективній діяльності із запобігання та протидії правопорушенням
проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості дітей. Запропоновано окремі
шляхи удосконалення діяльності у зазначеній сфері з урахуванням умов воєнного стану.
